The return of the repressed (Control key)

A few months ago, I bought a Happy Hacking Keyboard Lite 2, because I wanted a compact keyboard without numpad and particularly liked the default position of the Control and Escape keys:

Escape easily reachable above Tab, Control in the usual place of Caps lock.

Last weekend, on a trip to the basement, I unearthed the following relic buried under strata of obsolete hardware:

My trusty old MSX.

My first computer. Look at the positions of Control and Escape; I had forgotten that bit.
